Industrial Duty Trackballs from BEI
Goleta - BEI's Industrial Encoder Division introduces a line of industrial duty trackballs. These range in ball size from 2.25" diameter for precision applications, down to 1.375" in diameter for portable equipment installations. These trackballs are cursor controls for computer systems which need rugged, environmentally-protected devices with exceptional feel and control.
The Models TBS225 and TBS200 have 2.25" and 2.00" ball diameters respectively. They are enclosed and mount directly to the underside of a console. These models employ Teflon® ball seals for environmental protection. This seal prevents most liquids, gels and dust that come in contact with the ball from entering the unit. These models are known for their superior ball operator feel while providing the positive cursor control of a trackball.
The smaller Model TBP138 offers a snap-in front panel mount. It has a small open design that gives it a low profile. This configuration is suitable for applications requiring portability and small size.
