AGV Products Releases Odyssey Model TW-6 Tow Vehicle

AGV Products' newest addition to the Odyssey line of Automated Guided Vehicles is a laser guided robotic towing vehicle. Officially rated as a 6,000 lb. capacity vehicle, the petite TW-6 has consistently pulled over 13,000 lbs. with ease. Standard features include laser guidance, dual laser bumper systems for 3D object detection and automatic unhitch and tow design. A CNC laser cut and tabulated vehicle frame ensures unmatched repeatability, accuracy and self-jigging. The modular design accommodates different battery and drive configurations, often required for various towing capacity specifications. Fiberglass covers were chosen for aesthetic purposes. Design features such as trendy curves and smooth edges have become increasingly popular with the end user. The hitch package can be altered to accommodate many different towing scenarios.

The TW-6 is designed under the AGV Products Technology Platform, which includes Odyssey AGVs, iCon Laser Navigation and TRACE Supervisory Controls.
