TouchMark Develops New Printing Process Using Conductive Inks


HAYWARD, Calif. -- TouchMark a division of Delphon Industries and industry leader in Medical Device Pad Printing, announced today the development of a printing process for medical applications using conductive inks. Conductive ink is ideal for applications including medical electrodes, static elimination, EMI/RFI shielding and membrane switches.

TouchMark offers a number of electrically conductive silver and carbon filled inks for the Medical Device Manufacturing industry. "We work with our customers to determine the requirements of their specific application in terms of temperature, flexibility, and conductivity and develop a customized process for their project," says Raymund Abiera, TouchMark Sales Manager. TouchMark's specialized conductive inks offer sheet resistivity as low as 0.0l ohms/square per mil (0.00l") of thickness and as high as 1meg(million) ohms/square/mil.
