19" TFT LCD Stainless Steel Industrial Touch PC Terminal: Food Safe and Waterproof / Washdown - NEMA4 (IP65)
The S19 (19"TFT LCD) is characterized by its completely smooth, rustproof V2A stainless steel enclosure. The use of a special tapered food safe rubber seal between the bezel and the 19 inch touch screen means that this noax IPC has no hidden slits and joints. This allows it to satisfy the stringent hygiene standards required in food processing, clinical areas, chemical or pharmaceutical laboratories. Its fully enclosed design without ventilation slots and external fans makes the S19 completely protected against splashed water and so achieves the NEMA4 (IP65) grade of protection.
The S19: designed for the highest hygiene standards
The S19 with its polished V2A stainless steel enclosure, designed without any ventilation slots and external fans susceptible to failure, was specially developed for use under the highest hygiene requirements. Its robust and compact design and the standard use of industrial locking connectors protect the industrial PC from extreme mechanical and chemical conditions such as vibration, shock, dust, acids or alkaline solutions. Optionally, the touch displays can also be covered with various easily removable touch sensitive protective foils to protect against various acid and alkaline solutions. Ingenious technology coupled with simple operation
The S19 excels with its ingenious temperature management. Due to its fully enclosed
design and the omission of external fans, the S19 offers maximum performance, compatibility and expandability together with extreme robustness. Depending on the application, the S19 is available with one of two different noax "All-In-One" boards. Intel processors with up to 1.4 GHz clock frequency, the comprehensive provision of on-board interfaces, and the many upgrade possibilities using, for example, PCI boards, open the possibility to connect various peripheral devices. Examples are identification, weighing or packing systems. Furthermore, the standard touch screen and high contrast displays offer excellent readability and operation.
