Torque Flange Improves Measuring Range
The popular T10FS torque flange from HBM has been improved by adding two models with nominal torques of 100 and 200 Nm. The new models give an improved measuring range at lower ranges.
The T10FS can be used at rotational speeds of up to 24,000 rpm, depending on the measuring range.
It is designed to meet the demands of test benches, especially in the motor industry, where high rotational speeds and increased accuracy are needed. The T10FS is designed to save space and costs in the manufacture of test benches.
The measuring body of the T10FS gives increased accuracy, especially for the temperature effect on zero point, linearity deviation and reproducibility. The design has a lower weight than earlier models reducing the bearing load. It also has lower mass moments of inertia for reduced dynamic torque during acceleration and braking.
A speed measuring system, with an optional reference pulse, is available on request.
Users now have the choice of eight T10FS models with nominal torques of 100 Nm, 200 Nm, 500 Nm, 1 kNm, 2 kNm, 3 kNm, 5 kNm and 10 kNm.
