The First 2 NoM Torque Flange Sensor with Overload Protection



Magtrol, specializing in torque sensors, presents the new TF 205 Torque Flange Sensor. The TF 205 has a measurement range of 2 Nom and extends the range of our TF Torque Flange Sensors from 2 Nom to 200,000 Nom. Based on strain gauge technology, signal transmission is performed through telemetry.

The new TF 205 has an accuracy of 0.1% and an overload protection of up to 500% rated torque. The flat (41mm x Ø ext.75mm) and rigid design without bearings allows the construction of compact measurement assembly.

The TF 205 is suitable for motor or engine test benches, especially in the automotive industry. Accurate measurements within the rated torque range can be achieved while providing high torque overload protection. An extension of the product range to a 5 Nom and a 10 Nom torque flange sensor is coming soon.
