The Arcwater II® Combination Torch is ideal for gouging or cutting steel, stainless steel and other metals. It quickly converts to an underwater welding torch by simply changing collets. The Arcwater II weighs 5.5 lbs. and is equipped with 10 feet of heavy-duty cable. It is oxygen-free to eliminate the risk of hydrogen gas pocket explosions.
