Top Line Is Announcing New Optional Features For Its Sanitary Diaphragm Valve Manual Bonnet
Top Line is announcing new optional features for its Top-Flo® sanitary diaphragm valve manual bonnet. In addition to the standard features, the new options will allow the end user to customize the bonnet operation for their particular application. The new features are:
*Mechanically polished OD for clean room service
*Integral bosses for installation of proximity switches for open/close indication *Adjustable open stop to aid in line balancing
*Extended hand wheels for hard to reach areas
*Stainless steel hand wheels
*Weep holes to aid in diaphragm failure detection
As always, the standard off the shelf features are:
*Fully autoclaveable assembly
*Sanitary internals
*Adjustable close stop
*Dual Viton® o-ring stem seals to prevent internal and external ingress to the bonnet threads and lubrication
*High temp & chemical resistant PPS thermoplastic handwheel
*Highly visible yellow position indicator
*Enclosed bolt holes within the body preventing exposed threads
