Operates with case forming, filling and closing equipment

November 20, 2002-San Jose, CA-K&R Equipment, a leading manufacturer of large scale automatic machinery for bulk-packaging applications and for producers of corrugated shipping containers, now offers their new Automatic Top Case Sealer. Designed to operate with most case forming, filling and closing equipment and systems in automated packaging lines; the Automatic Top Case Sealer operates at up to 20 cases per minute.

The compact Automatic Top Case Sealer enables users to put the sealer in a separate location in order to optimize space utilization. Additionally, a simple hand-wheel provides height and weight adjustments for easy, quick setup. Other features include ruggedized construction; low power and air consumption, hot melt or tape seal closure, and safety guarding. For USDA applications, a stainless steel version of the Automatic Top Case Sealer is available.
