New Miller(R) Bandit(TM) Tool Lanyards Give Workers Firm Grip on Tools While Working at Heights

FRANKLIN, Pa. (Oct. 1, 2001) - To prevent workers from dropping tools at heights, Dalloz Fall Protection developed Miller Bandit Tool Holder and Miller WristBandit Tool Holder with worker comfort and safety in mind. "Our new Miller Bandit Lanyard Tool Holder and WristBandit Tool Holder offer workers a safe and comfortable method of holding onto tools while at heights," said Ron Cox, Vice President - Strategic Marketing of Dalloz Fall Protection. "The holders prevent workers from accidentally dropping their tools as well as possibly injuring other workers below." In addition, the Miller Bandit Tool Lanyards increase worker productivity by keeping tools close at hand. For example, the Miller Bandit Lanyard Tool Holder attaches to the worker's waist belt while still allowing freedom of movement. Constructed of stretchable cord surrounded by nylon tubular webbing, the cord wraps around the tool and cinches tightly. For ease of movement, the cord stretches from 26 to 43 inches. The Miller WristBandit Tool Holder conveniently attaches to the worker's wrist using Velcrox. Workers attach tools to the nylon cord and adjust the cord by cinching it tightly around the tool. The new Miller® Bandit(TM) Tool Lanyards comply with all applicable OSHA guidelines. Miller brand fall protection products, training and engineering systems are available from Dalloz Fall protection of Franklin, Pa., a world leader in the design and manufacture of fall protection equipment for more than 50 years.
