Tolt Service Group Implements Click Commerce Returns and Repair Solution

Retail Systems Repair Provider Improves Customer Service by Seamlessly Connecting Field Service Operations with Warehouse Inventory

Chicago, Oct. 10, 2007 - Click Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of aftermarket and fulfillment supply chain solutions, today announced that Tolt Service Group, a leading provider of managed services for technology equipment, implemented the Click Commerce Returns and Repair solution to help increase customer satisfaction. Click Commerce Returns and Repair enables Tolt to synchronize field service operations with warehouse inventory resulting in automated part ordering, improved part availability and warranty tracking, and reduced material costs. Tolt has implemented the Click Commerce Returns and Repair solution in 17 facilities with plans to roll out the software in eight more.

Every day, Tolt's 330 technicians respond to thousands of service calls for electronic equipment such as barcode scan guns, receipt printers, and automated payment kiosks throughout the nation. In order to strengthen service levels, Tolt needed a solution that provides real-time visibility into part locations at the fleet level.

"The Click Commerce solution has improved the efficiency of our warehouse and repair center operations, thus strengthening the backbone of our field service organization," said Tim Gallegos, vice president of operations at Tolt Service Group. "As we have rolled out the solution, we have seen an increase in service efficiency because we can now more effectively monitor parts availability and condition in our vans and efficiently manage inventory levels throughout our network. This visibility gives us a competitive advantage that helps differentiate us from other repair providers."

Click Commerce Returns and Repair is part of the Click Commerce Service Network Solutions offering, a comprehensive portfolio developed for companies that require mission critical execution and real-time visibility into service operations across a complex network. The software portfolio includes warehouse management, service parts planning and optimization, and supply chain execution and event management solutions, which are integrated via the Click Commerce Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).

The Click Commerce ESB provides the flexibility to create a wide range of applications that combine Click Commerce, third-party, and legacy applications. The technology is based on industry standards and leverages the Web services in Click Commerce's Service Oriented Architecture. With the ESB, companies can integrate Click Commerce solutions according to their own business processes, instead of being forced to work in a predefined framework. In April, the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA), a leading association for the software and digital content industry, awarded the Click Commerce ESB its prestigious Codie Award for "Best Web Services" solution.
"Connecting and synchronizing field service activities with warehouse operations is one way that the Click Commerce Returns and Repair solution can help companies stay ahead of the competition," said Jim Schoessling, general manager for the Click Commerce Supply Chain Solutions group. "In addition, the solution also helps solve complex aftermarket service challenges such as support for multi-customer, multi-owner, and multi-condition scenarios."

Click Commerce will showcase the Click Commerce Returns and Repair solution along with its entire Service Network Solutions portfolio, at its annual customer conference, Click Planet, Oct. 10-12 in Las Vegas. For more information on Click Planet, go to www.clickplanet.com.
