Midwest Snips® Introduces Two Made in USA 14-in. Bent Handle Tinner Snip Models



Sturgis, Michigan, August 1, 2006 -- Midwest Tool and Cutlery Company has introduced two Made in USA 14-in. tinner snip models featuring bent handles which position the users hand safely above the material being cut. Model P147CBP features a full polish finish and Kush-N-Kote plastisol grips to cushion the users hand. Model 147CBT has a burnished finish without plastisol grips and is designed for industrial applications. The two models further expand the Midwest Snips® line of tinner snips, the only full line of Made in USA tinner snips on the market today.

Both 14-in. bent handle tinner snip models are rated to cut 18 gauge cold rolled sheet metal and 22 gauge stainless sheet metal and feature a full 3-7/8 in. length of cut per cutting stroke to facilitate long cuts in a variety of materials. A combination blade pattern cuts wide curves to the right and left.
