New Precision Tilt Mechanism
ID Technology's precision tilt mechanism allows for angle adjustment of a U-arm mounted on the column of a T-Base Stand in any 360-degree position. There are six coarse adjustments on the plate with each coarse position permitting a +/- 10-degree fine-tuning of the machine.
The precision tilt locks the machine into a fixed position for accurate label placement onto products. It is recommended when precise label placement is critical. The U-arm tends to lose it's position when heavy media or the tamp assembly shake the machine. The mechanism is often used to keep the label and product parallel when the item being labeled is on an incline conveyor.
