Topper's unique design of the speed-control dampening cylinder for tilting a heavy load has now been enhanced with a pump-up leveling device. You can return a partial to full load to a level position by simply pumping the foot pedal a minimal number of strokes.
Now, when you have a change-over before the container is empty it is very easy to return it to the upright position. Likewise, you can now use Topper's Ergo-Tilt Cart in an empty-to-full application.
