TIBCO Spotfire and Attivio Partner to Deliver New Levels of Integration and Discovery for Data and Content
TIBCO Spotfire First Partner to Achieve Platinum Certification on Attivio's Active Intelligence Engine
NEWTON, Mass. and SOMERVILLE, Mass. - In a move to deliver new levels of data discovery and analytics to all types of data and content, Attivio and TIBCO Software Inc. (NASDAQ: TIBX) announced that, as part of their partnership agreement, the TIBCO Spotfire® analytics platform has achieved the highest level of information access available within Attivio's Active Intelligence Engine(TM) (AIE(TM)).
In achieving platinum-level certification, TIBCO Spotfire® is the only business intelligence and analytics platform that has been authenticated by Attivio to be able to present, analyze, access and leverage AIE's AI-SQL capabilities to provide data visualization, enhanced analytics of unstructured content and intuitive search and information discovery, all in the same dashboard. The end result is a visually engaging unified information access (UIA) experience that actively joins structured data with unstructured content for immediate answers to business questions. Through the combination of these solutions, TIBCO Spotfire and Attivio are giving CIOs, business users, analysts, scientists, and statisticians the freedom and agility to interact directly with all of their enterprise information, regardless of source or format.
