ThyssenKrupp Elevator Manufacturing France Online Elevator Sales Rise with Cameleon from Access Commerce

Online customization and 3D visualization of elevators drive more than 60% of sales through ecommerce channel

Chicago, Illinois and Toulouse, France, November 7, 2007 - Access Commerce (Euronext: 7424), a
leading provider of E-Commerce and CRM software, today announced that ThyssenKrupp Elevator
Manufacturing France (TEF), one of the world's leading elevator companies, has deployed the Cameleon
Commerce Suite for dealer e-commerce and as a result more than 60% of orders received by TEF are now
placed online.

Innovation improves competitiveness

ThyssenKrupp Elevator Manufacturing France, a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp AG (DAX: TKA), operates in
45 countries and manufactures more than 3,900 elevators annually for sale worldwide. TEF goes to market
through a series of channels that include an internal sales team, TEF agencies and independent distributors.

TEF was looking for innovative technology that could help improve competitiveness, allow them to get closer to their customers and grow sales. To achieve these goals, TEF needed to:

o Shorten the sales-to-delivery cycle
o Reduce selling prices and maintain margins
o Develop a multi-channel e-commerce strategy

Real-time elevator customization, 3D visualization and pricing

TEF selected the Cameleon Commerce Suite from Access Commerce, which combines a powerful product
configurator with an scalable e-commerce platform. By capturing detailed product information, pricing and
rules from engineering and marketing, Cameleon enables TEF sales teams to generate reliable pricing and
accurate installation plans for their customers in real time, using 3D visualization to check that the
configuration meets the customer's requirements.

The Cameleon e-commerce platform has been rolled out to TEF agencies, distributors and customers. Through the website www.tef-online.com, they are now able to obtain pricing and place orders directly,
without the help of the TEF sales team.

Overall, more than 700 employees and customers across Europe use Cameleon on a daily basis.

Greater customer responsiveness

"Since we started using the Cameleon Commerce Suite we have improved our responsiveness, increasing
customer satisfaction," explains J©r´me Morille, Head of Industrial Systems and Sales Support at
ThyssenKrupp Elevator Manufacturing France. "The Cameleon product configurator allows us to increase
productivity when preparing estimates and installation plans for elevators. We have seen our revenue
increase largely due to the automation of our sales process and in particular the successful launch of our
online channel."

In addition to higher revenue, the implementation of Cameleon at TEF has also driven performance in other
areas:
o 25% reduction in order-to-delivery cycle times
o Improved customer satisfaction through self-service, 3D visualization and shorter lead-times
o Time required to analyze elevator requirements cut by a factor of three
o Consistency across every sales channel
