Threshold Angle Detector fits in tight spaces.

Press Release Summary:

Equipped with 5 discreet 1.0 A open drain outputs, TADII combines solid state/digital technology with SP5000 Dual Axis Electrolytic Tilt Sensor. It provides independent/bilateral trigger and hysteresis angle settings for X and Y axis, and cumulative threshold limit indication. Trigger delay interval setting helps prevent false triggering under dynamic conditions. Factory calibrated to user requirements, detector is available with calibration board, which lets user perform field adjustments.

Original Press Release:

New TADII = Threshold Angle Detector

The new and improved TADII - Threshold Angle Detector from Spectron Glass and Electronics combines solid state/digital technology with our time proven SP5000 Series Dual Axis Electrolytic Tilt Sensor. The result is a superior performing and extremely flexible dual axis tilt switch, which is ideal for numerous applications, and for replacing inferior mechanical and mercury based devices. Equipped with five discreet
1.0A open drain outputs, the TADII affords independent/bilateral trigger and hysteresis (reset) angle settings for both the X and Y axis, and a cumulative threshold limit indication for maximum versatility. Another key feature is the 'trigger delay interval' setting, which helps prevent false triggering under dynamic conditions. Factory calibrated to user specific requirements, a calibration board is also available which allows the user to perform field adjustments. Just over 1 ½ inches square, this compact open architecture design is perfect for space restrictive applications. An optional flame retardant, molded ABS plastic enclosure
is also available. Applications include safety systems in scissor lifts and
cranes, RV leveling, alarm systems and platform monitoring and control.
