Threaded Fasteners Machined to Match the Application



A full line of threaded shaft collars that can be modified with special O.D. and face treatments for use as bearing lock nuts, stroke limiters, and a wide range of position adjustment applications is available from Stafford Manufacturing Corporation of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Stafford Threaded Shaft Collars can be supplied in one- and two-piece designs machined from aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Featuring custom O.D. treatments such as knurls, spanner wrench holes, and wrench flats, they can be machined to match the customer's application.

Available in ¼" to 6" I.D. sizes with standard UNC/UNF and ACME threads, Stafford Threaded Shaft Collars are also offered with locknut stub-ACME, metric, left hand and other variations of custom threads. Accu-Clamp collars with threaded bores and machineable faces are also offered.
