Custom engineered and manufactured large shaft collars offered in one- and two-piece styles with various types of threads and O.D. treatments are being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Woburn, Massachusetts.

Stafford Threaded Shaft collars can now be custom engineered and manufactured in one- and two-piece styles with pitch diameters up to 12" in UNC, UNF, Acme, or bearing lock-nut threads. Other features can include spanner wrenches holes or slots for easier spinning on a shaft, a knurled O.D. or face treatments to accommodate a bearing race.
