New Adapters from Remke Solve Mating Problems
Remke Industries recently introduced a complete line of Tuff Seal(TM) Threaded Adapters that addresses the various thread types used around the world. The globalization of designs for both electrical control components and automation components has created a need to mate dissimilar thread types. Remke's new Threaded Adapters meet this need by easily converting - or mating - one thread style with another. This new line also includes adapters with both internal and external threads that
mate NPT with Metric (or ISO) and NPT with Pg fittings.
The Tuff Seal Threaded Adapters are machined aluminum with
electroless-nickel plating for enhanced protection against corrosion, friction and contamination. These adapters also incorporate a Viton(TM) O-Ring to provide a liquid-tight seal. This product line is UL Recognized, meets ASTM, MIL and AMS specifications and compliments existing M-style and Pg-style cord connectors that are available with or without mesh. And as with all Remke products custom thread configurations are
available upon request.
