NEW BALTIMORE, MI - Holloway Equipment Company, Inc. has developed the ThreadChecker XP, a 100% non-contact thread-sensing device, designed to provide immediate verification of ferrous or nonferrous threads. Its main features include: a unique, rugged, modular design; O.D. and I.D. missing thread detection; easy interface, usage and service; and low cost standard or customized single and multiple non-contact sensors. It can be used as a turnkey system for production inspection and as a single purpose "fire extinguisher" for manual incoming inspection.
