Kennametal Greenfield IPG Introduces Greenfield Tap & Die PM Plus Thread Mills
Augusta, Ga. - July 15, 2002 - Kennametal Greenfield IPG announced today its newest thread cutting innovation - Greenfield Tap & Die brand PM Plus thread mills, according to Dennis Greene, Kennametal Greenfield IPG threading products manager. "This new offering, which is made from powder metal material, delivers excellent performance at a fraction of the cost of carbide," said Greene. "The PM Plus material is much more durable than carbide as well, so the customer benefits from a much stronger tool."
