Thiele Technologies Exhibiting at Pack Expo 2014

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Thiele Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer of converting, placing, bagging, cartoning, case packing and palletizing equipment, will promote its latest technology and equipment at Pack Expo 2014, November 2 to 5 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Ill. A team of professionals from Thiele will be available in Booth S-2100 throughout the show to discuss the company's complete range of product offerings.

With the recent acquisition of SYMACH (based in Terneuzen, The Netherlands) and its palletizer systems, Thiele has significantly enhanced its palletizing options. Flexibility, customization and durability are hallmarks of the SYMACH product line, which is highlighted by cutting-edge palletizers and load-securing technology that can handle the most difficult products consistently and efficiently. Their unique, end-of-arm tool will be on display at Pack Expo 2014.

Other options from Symach include: wrapping machines, strapping machines, pallet rotators and bag conveyor systems.

Thiele's Flexible packaging line will be represented at Pack Expo by our UltraStar Automatic Bagging System. This machine offers the best value in integrated bagging machinery today. The UltraStar works at speeds up to 40 bags per minute, with numerous bag types, and can accommodate a wide range of products.

Several options from our Rigid product line will also be on display. The Salwasser Integrated Top Load Case Packer is a fully-automatic, top-loading machine that offers a variety of design and configuration options. Stop by and see the newly updated 1579 High Speed Uncuffer/Closer, a bag-in-box system redesigned to reach speeds of up to 20 cases per minute. Finally, the TF 400V Tray Former boasts speeds in excess of 60 trays per minute with a simple, yet rugged design and will feature an integrated Model 206 Label Applicator from sister-company Accraply.

Hudson-Sharp, a Thiele Technologies company, is also rolling out new advances to its wicketer product line. The M275 Servo Wicketer is newly redesigned with the same quality, efficiency, and reliability as its predecessor, but with new features and time saving adjustments to keep machines running longer with less down time. With motorized quick wicket pin adjustments, tool-less rope belt adjustments, tool-less vacuum hub adjustment, simplified infeed threading, producing cycle speeds of up to 325 cpm, and many other efficient updates, Hudson-Sharp has made the best better.

Since the 2006 acquisition of Edmeyer, Thiele has offered a full range of services for the Dairy industry from plant layout and equipment design to installation and parts. We feature heavy-duty stainless steel systems for conveying, casing, stacking, unstacking, palletizing, depalletizing, case erecting, sealing and case packing.

The Streamfeeder product line can be seamlessly integrated into numerous Thiele offerings, and features automation solutions for commercial printing, contract packaging, and mailing and fulfillment. From stand-alone feeding, dispensing and placing units to complete automated systems for collating, batch counting, tip-on/affixing and kit fulfillment, we accommodate a wide variety of industries.
