Thermosetting Adhesive Transfer Film for Bonding, Gasketing and Laminating

Windsor, Connecticut - September 5, 2003.... Scapa North America offers a heat reactive, thermosetting adhesive transfer film, ThermoFilm® H153U, for bonding, laminating, mounting and gasketing applications.

An unsupported nitrile phenolic transfer film, ThermoFilm H153U provides high bond strength that is considered to be structural for many applications. Once cured, this product offers excellent resistance to solvents, plasticizers and heat. Its relatively low bonding temperature allows this film to be used on temperature sensitive substrates. The transfer film is supplied on a 60# kraft release liner.

Thermofilm H153U is ideal for nameplate mounting, gasketing, bonding dissimilar metals, and lamination to polyester films, aramid films, PVC, and other plasticized materials.
