Morrison, TN – ThermoFlex LLC, manufacturer of thermoformed, vacuum formed, injected molded and thermoset products, has added a 990 ton injection molding machine plus a 3-axis router to its operations. Further, a 300 ton injection molding press is scheduled for installation in late 2015. The company has also expanded its office space to accommodate the needs of its enginnering, accounting, purchasing, program management and sales staff.

We are now well positioned to aide OEMs in developing new or improved products by offering the advantages of thermoforming during the prototyping stages of product development and testing as well as full production using injection molding"
