CAS DataLoggers Introduces New Dual-Channel Thermocouple Logger
Graphic Display Logger Stores a Quarter of a Million Temperature Readings!
CHESTERLAND OH — CAS DataLoggers and Lascar are pleased to introduce our newest data logger, the Dual Channel Thermocouple Datalogger with Graphic Screen. Supplied with 2 K-type thermocouple probes, the new logger boasts onboard storage of over a quarter of a million temperature readings per channel, an improved resolution of 0.1°C/°F, and a clear display showing real-time readings, current logging status, MIN/MAX readings and a trend graph of previous logs. Ideal for monitoring medical storage units, cold chain supply/logistics, HVAC building monitoring, and more, our new datalogger is available at a low cost with calibration certificates also available for an additional fee.
The dual thermocouple logger uses Lascar’s award-winning configuration software, now available for FREE download. Select a unique name for the logger, choose °C or °F measurement, sample rates (between 2 seconds and 12 hours), control use of the display for optimum battery usage, and determine when and how the unit starts logging. When users are ready to collect the data, the software prompts users to save the information to PC; this information is then shown in graphical format. Users can also configure high and low thresholds for audible alarms with highly visible confidence/alarm LEDs.
The data logger is also compatible with K, J and T-type thermocouples. The 3 buttons on the device allow users to start, stop and restart the data logger without making an extra trip to the PC. Multiple data logging sessions can be stored on the device ready for upload to a PC for set-up and data download via the included Micro USB cable.
This compact battery-powered unit can be used as a standalone device or be plugged permanently into a wall socket using an optional USB mains adapter. User-replaceable ½ AA batteries are included. A custom cradle supplied with the logger can be screwed into the wall for permanent mounting or affixed to a metal surface such as a refrigerator using its integral magnet.
Our graphic LCD display range also includes a Single-Channel Temperature Data Logger and a 2-channel temperature and relative humidity data logger. These products provide users with more real-time information on recorded data than any comparable data logger range on the market.
