GERMANTOWN, WI – Printing 100 terminal block markers in 10.7 seconds, WAGO Corporation’s new Thermal Transfer smartPRINTER expedites marking. Within 15.5 seconds, markers for 25 terminal blocks can be printed and installed. An all-in-one solution, smartPRINTER marks: WMB markers, exclusive Continuous Marking Strips, wire/cable markers, push-button plates and adhesive labels. In addition, WAGO-Exclusive Multi-Line Marking creates up to three lines of text per terminal block for greater wiring accuracy.

Ethernet-ready smartPRINTER is tightly integrated with WAGO’s free ProServe® Design and Engineering software. This provides markings for virtually all of WAGO’s 25,000+ automation, electronic interface, and electrical interconnect products. Markings are highly legible, have no drying time and are both wipe- and scratch-proof (per DIN EN 60068). A value-driven device, smartPRINTER does not require costly support plates for different marking materials — print directly on continuous tag- or label-style reels.
