The Mix-Elvator(TM) by Gunite Supply and Equipment Co
The Mix-Elvator(TM) is a medium-high production batch plant for proportioning of dry gunite materials. The Mix-Elvator is the only batch plant of its type in the concrete construction and repair industry. The Mix-Elvator design allows gunite contractors to mix their own material at the job site eliminating the wait and the expense of ready-mix truck deliveries. The Mix-Elvator can save an average of $1,700.00 per 30 cubic yards of material versus hiring ready-mix trucks. The Mix-Elvator is a reasonably sized machine that can be towed behind contractors' existing vehicles and easily operated using push button controls.
The Mix-Elvator features a diesel engine and hydraulic-ratio control system. The Mix-Elvator has a max mixing capacity of up to 20 cu yd/hr, sand hopper capacity up to 45 cu ft and cement hopper capacity of 4 cu ft. Combined with the Ridley C-10 gunite machine, the Mix-Elvator becomes a self-contained rig for construction and repair applications. C-10 production rates are 6-15 cu/ yd hr.
