Retsch Introduces New Generation Of Test Sieves


Retsch's completely redesigned test sieves meet or exceed the latest ISO standards that are much stricter than the previous standards. The modern, fully automated process ensures a standard of quality that was previously unattainable with other test sieves.

The new test sieves are made of high-alloy steel 316L that is extremely corrosion resistant. The one-piece body includes individual lasering of the mesh width. The innovative resistant-welded connection to the sieve frame guarantees a permanently stretched wire gauze. The sieves' groove- and solder-free wire
transition eliminates cross contamination and makes cleaning easy. Each sieve comes with a seal ring for perfectly tight sieve stacks and low-noise operation. The computer-controlled production process includes the optical inspection of each wire gauze used as well as the recording of all measuring data. Each sieve receives a serial number and is issued a compliance certificate. Upon request an optional inspection certificate with the individual measuring data is available.
