New IDC Euro-Mag Terminal Blocks Added to Cooper Bussmann Line
Cooper Bussmann, MAGNUM Operations, Wood Dale, Illinois announces the availability of its new EM3583 & EM3593 Series Euro-Mag Terminal Blocks. The newest addition to the existing line of Euro-Mag terminal blocks is comprised of IDC (installation displacement contact) pluggable blocks with a matching header. Developed for printed circuit boards, the Euro-Mag terminal blocks are UL/CSA approved and CE certified. Features of the new product include:
o Rating at 6A, 160V
o No tools or wire stripping necessary for installation, contact made with finger pressure
o Available on .150" (3.81mm) centers from 2 to 12 positions
o For use with wire in the 20-22 AWG range
o In stock, available for shipment
Available as two parts, EM3583 IDC Pluggable Block and EM3593 Header, the parts are molded of Green Polyamide Type 6/6, 94V0 with brass, tin-plated contacts. Rated at 6A, 160V the blocks can operate in temperatures from 105° C (221° F) max, -40° C (-40° F) min.
