Tennessee Health Information Services Co-Operative Selects Allscripts Electronic Health Record
CHICAGO and JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., July 17 -- Allscripts (NASDAQ:MDRX), the leading provider of clinical software, connectivity and information solutions that physicians use to improve healthcare, announced today that RadiantMed, an affiliate company of MedAlliance Management Group, will deploy the TouchWorks(TM) Electronic Health Record (EHR) to automate and connect physician practices across the region of northeast Tennessee, southwest Virginia and western North Carolina.
Physician offices will be able to benefit from Allscripts Touchworks(TM) technology via the RadiantMed ASP environment and the cooperative (co-op) business structure -SharedSourceFramework(TM) (SSF).
