Prequalified in the company’s ISTA 7E standard 20 certified lab to exceed todays compliance standards, the complete solution is ideal for pharmaceutical sales reps, blood-tissue transport, or other applications requiring a stable solution designated for multiple openings throughout an average workday.
Lightweight, Leak Proof, Sweat Proof, and Water Proof
This 9-liter capacity collapsible cooler weighs only 10 pounds considering it is layered with one-inch thick FDA-approved food grade close cell foam insulation and a UV resistant UV 840 TPE coated waterproof outer shell. It also features a heavy-duty weatherized zipper for everyday use and non-skid bottom saddle with four anchor stitched karabiner daisy chains to secure the cooler in place during travel.
A pre-qualified ISTA 7E Solution
This flexible, reusable cooler is prequalified to maintain uniform thermal protection and durations conforming to ISTA 7E lane data standards and PDA Technical Report 39 guidelines. The TempTrust carrier has been validated for both 2 to 8 C and 15 to 25 C temperature ranges for up to 10 hours with 9 openings. Duration may be extended based on its use.
Every pre-qualified packaging solution comes with not only the cooler, but complete pack out instructions, assembly diagrams and SOPs. The complete solution includes the cooler, shoulder strap, hard bottle PCMs, and complete pack out diagrams and SOPs.
