Accutherm® Portable Temperature Monitoring System with Optional RS-232 Computer Interface


Electronic Development Labs, Inc. announces the development of the Accutherm® Portable Monitoring System with optional RS-232 Interface. A hybrid of our popular Accutherm®, the newest Accutherm® with computer interface allows recording of temperature readings and direct download to any PC, providing valuable data for analysis. Data can then be imported into Excel or other programs for use in charts, graphs or tables.

Engineered to function flawlessly, the Accutherm® can assist in recognizing potential problem areas in numerous temperature related applications for peak performance, production, and efficiency. The system is protected by a water resistant case. The standard model monitors 10 zones.

The Accutherm® Portable Monitoring System has a measurement range of -280°F to +2000°F (-100°C to +1200°C) K. The system also features a large 1/2" display and display lighting for easy viewing in low-light areas. Thermocouple type J or K may be used.

The Accutherm® is ideal for monitoring multiple zones in plastics processing applications and for preventive maintenance in diesel engine industry and engine applications. It is also useful in heat treating facilities and foundries as well as in
the rubber and glass industries and any application where multiple temperature zones are monitored. This instrument is traceable to the National Institute of Standards Technology.
