This innovative component allows output via the Ethernet interfaces provided on the control unit Z1293/..., the recording of all relevant data such as target value, actual value, current consumption, setting degree and alarm messages onto any network.
The attractively priced control unit Z1293/... extends it's capabilities for optimum process monitoring and documentation. The data assimilated is provided in ASCII format and can therefore be integrated without any problems into Office applications or databases.
Visualisation software in Windows, display all values clearly and provides for uncomplicated operation and setting of the parameters for data recording in protocols.
If problems arise during operation they are displayed using various alarm symbols and colours for sensors, temperature or current. Any over or under set limit values are also indicated by colours on the corresponding control zones.
Existing control units Z 1293/...can be retro-fitted with the data read-out unit Z 12931/... without any problems. This represents a simple and cost-effective step in the direction of process documentation and quality improvement.
