It features RS485, Modbus, Profibus DP, CAN and CANOpen interfaces; 16 digital I/O that are configurable for any zone; and LED status display for I/O. Four analog outputs are available as option. R 6000 8-Channel DIN-Rail Controller
GMC Instruments just introduced the new R6000 8-Channel Temperature Controller. This new DIN-Rail Controller accepts Thermocouple and RTD Inputs and with 100 msec for 8 Control Zones is extremely fast.
The R6000 is ideally suited for Plastics Injection Molding, Plastics Extrusion. Plastics Blow Molding and Hot Runner Machines. It takes workload off from any PLC controlled machine. Interfaces are RS-485 MODBUS, PROFIBUS DP or CAN & CANopen. DeviceNet and Ethernet Interfaces are in preparation.
The R6000 has 16 Binary Inputs / Outputs that are configurable for any zone and has 4 Analog Outputs as option. It has an LED Status Display of all inputs and outputs. Other features are Supervision of Sensors such as wire break. change of polarity and short circuit occurrences.
The R6000 has 21 TV DC Power Supply. Price for single piece quantity is $745.00 - Configuration Software is free. Delivery is approx. 2 weeks ARO.
