Thermal Care Offers New Oiltherm Series Hot Oil Temperature Control Units with Vacuum Option
Niles, Illinois -- Thermal Care has recently introduced a unique option to their line of Oiltherm Hot Oil Temperature Control units. The Oiltherm was designed to circulate oil through a process and to precisely, automatically, and reliably maintain the oil temperature at the selected set point temperature. With the addition of the vacuum option, the venturi in the Oiltherm allows the oil to be sucked from the mold in preparation for mold changes or removal of the unit. The unit can also operate in a positive/negative mode to allow a mold to run with a leak and was designed for 24 hour/7day a week operation.
The Oiltherm comes standard with a stainless steel heat exchanger for cooling, if required, and is well suited for use with a city water supply, water from chillers, cooling towers, or wells.
