New T1265 TCXO Offers Excellent Phase Noise Performance for Communications & Instrumentation Apps
Greenray Industries, Inc. has announced the availability of the T1265 Series TCXO.
The new T1265 TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator) is available from 50 to 125MHz, with squarewave CMOS output to drive a 15pf load. With very low phase noise down to a floor of -165dBc/Hz, the T1265 delivers OCXO-like performance without their input power requirements and warm-up characteristics.
The T1265 offers temperature stability down to ±0.5ppm and has external voltage control with sufficient pull range to cover the total stability of the oscillator over the lifetime of the part. It is available with +3.3 or +5.0VDC supply and features a low-profile, 17.3mm square package.
The T1265 has been designed for communications and instrumentation applications, as well as PLL or up-conversion apps.
