Telos Alliance Showcases Audio Processing Solutions at SVG Summit

New York City, NY (December 10, 2018) – The Telos Alliance TV Solutions Group will be showcasing its recently introduced Linear Acoustic® ARC (Automatic Realtime Control) next-generation television loudness processor, the multi-award winning, matrix-breaking Telos Infinity® IP Intercom that sets new benchmarks in AoIP communication, and its innovative Minnetonka Audio AudioTools® Server platform for file-based automated workflows at the SVG Summit in Midtown NYC.

Built on the proven technical leadership, commitment to AoIP, and established audio processing expertise of the Telos Alliance, these products provide improved audio capabilities and efficient workflows for myriad broadcast and production applications.

“Each of these powerful solutions address longstanding challenges that broadcasters and video production companies face every day, while setting new benchmarks not only in performance but in overall cost-efficiency as well,” said John Schur, President of The Telos Alliance TV Solutions Group. “The Telos Alliance has continued to stay ahead of industry curves by both evolving and innovating new audio processing and communication solutions that accommodate the ever-changing demands of traditional and emerging media outlets.”

Linear Acoustic ARC (Automatic Realtime Control), the next generation television loudness processor, was specifically designed to provide high-quality loudness control in applications where multi-channel audio, high channel density, and coded audio aren’t needed or required. ARC offers simultaneous processing for up to four independent stereo or mono programs at an affordable MSRP of only $3,995 with no compromises in audio quality. ARC is scheduled to begin shipping in January 2019.

The Telos Infinity IP Intercom converges voice communication and contribution audio on a single IT backbone employing the latest standards-based VoIP and Livewire+ AES67 AoIP transport. Telos Infinity IP Intercom replaces outmoded matrix technology and provides advanced features and functionality beyond what was possible with legacy systems. Ideal for upgrading or adding on to existing infrastructure, Telos Infinity IP Intercom delivers plug-and-play simplicity with the scalability and power of a distributed DSP architecture.

Minnetonka AudioTools Server, an enterprise software suite for file-based workflows, offers a complete solution for managing and processing linear PCM, Dolby E, Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Plus content, as well as the audio essence in MXF and QuickTime clips. The current version, v4.5, now includes WorkflowEditor, a new graphical user interface that allows users to quickly create and edit workflows, plus feature enhancements and new processing modules. WorkflowEditor integrates seamlessly with Telestream Vantage, allowing workflows to be managed and controlled from within Vantage.
