Telescopic Rail System incorporates self-alignment feature.

Press Release Summary:

Available in 80 and 116 mm tall rail sizes, TLR Series is designed for payloads from 50-1,000 lb and travel lengths to 1,980 mm. System is constructed of extruded steel rails and precision, double row ball bearing rollers. Self-alignment feature allows use with low precision surfaces such as welded steel frames, sheet metal housings, and aluminum extrusion based frames. System is contamination tolerant and can be used in mass transit and military applications.

Original Press Release:

New TLR Series Telescopic Rail System Offers High Load Capacity And The Ability To Compensate For Parallelism Errors Of The Mounting Surfaces.

Fort Mill, SC, July 17, 2006 - Designed for manufacturers requiring a heavy duty drawer slide solution, the TLR Series telescopic rail system is constructed of extruded steel rails and precision, double row ball bearing rollers to create a high capacity, long stroke telescopic rail system. The TLR Series also incorporates a self-alignment feature that is able to compensate for mild rail misalignments, allowing use directly on low precision surfaces such as welded steel frames, sheet metal housings, and aluminum extrusion based frames. Although commonly used in high tech applications such as semiconductor and electronics test equipment, the TLR Series is tolerant of contamination and works well in dusty, gritty, or otherwise dirty environments such as mass transit, military, marine, and welding applications.

Available in 2 basic rail sizes: 80mm and 116mm tall, the TLR Series is suitable for payloads ranging from 50 to 1000 lbs and with numerous travel lengths up to 1980 millimeters, TLR Series rails are sized to fit your application.
