Premiere Conferencing Introduces Securetouch(SM), A Packaged Security Solution For Automated Conferencing

(NASDAQ: PTEK; ptek.com), today announced the launch of SecureTouch(SM), a package of industry-leading security features that allows users to easily apply additional security measures to their automated ReadyConference(SM) calls. ReadyConference enables users to have a virtual audio conference anywhere, available 24/7 without the need for operator assistance.
SecureTouch offers conferencing users the flexibility of applying high-level security to individual conference calls, and provides organizations with the opportunity to use this feature as part of their company-wide conferencing security policies. Using SecureTouch, moderators can select features such as moderator validate, which gives a moderator a separate passcode ensuring that only the moderator can initiate the call; conference lock to prevent anyone from joining after the meeting begins; moderator controlled roll call to let the moderator know at any time who is on the conference; voice on entry/exit, which notifies others on the call when a participant joins or leaves; and on-hold music, where participants wait on hold with music until the moderator is ready to begin the call. With a single selection, users can enable the entire security package or opt for individual features. Activation can be accomplished via the Web or through Premiere Conferencing reservations at no extra charge.
