CHESTNUT RIDGE, N.Y. and SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Teledyne LeCroy will be showcasing the latest innovations in test technology at the DesignCon 2014 exhibition in Santa Clara, January 28-30. A highlight of the exposition will be the 100 GHz bandwidth oscilloscope preview and technology discussion in booth 209. Product exhibits will demonstrate continued leadership in the speed, performance and analysis capabilities of oscilloscopes and signal integrity test solutions. Products featured at the expo include LabMaster 10 Zi oscilloscopes with 65 GHz bandwidth on up to 40 channels; HDO oscilloscopes, industry's first 12-bit high definition oscilloscopes; multilane serial data analysis; end-to-end compliance test for PCI Express®, and DDR4 signal integrity and timing analysis.
A longtime Diamond Sponsor of DesignCon, Teledyne LeCroy will also contribute significantly to the technical conference with nine peer-reviewed technical presentations. Attendees can meet the presenters for follow-up and discussion at booth 209 where a series of 15-minute talks will be held over the two days of the exposition. The schedule of speakers and topics can be found at teledynelecroy.com/designcon.
An annual tradition at DesignCon is the announcement of EDN's Best in Test Awards. This year, Peter J. Pupalaikis, Vice President of Technology Development and Roger Delbue, Vice President of Engineering have been selected as co-finalists for Test Engineer of the Year in recognition of their persistence and dedication to reach the 100 GHz oscilloscope bandwidth milestone.
An additional honor for Teledyne LeCroy engineering is the selection of Chief Scientist Martin T. Miller's paper as a finalist for a DesignCon 2014 Best Paper Award. Miller's paper, "The Jitter-Noise Duality and Anatomy of an Eye Diagram", will be presented with co-authors Vladimir Dmitriev-Zdorov and Chuck Ferry of Mentor Graphics on January 29.
