Techlite Insulation is designed for critical process applications that require insulation. The product is a fiber-free, melamine foam insulation that is ideally suited for the pharmaceutical processes, food grade processing areas, and any clean room type applications.

Techlite is a pre-jacketed insulation that is offered in numerous standard colors. It provides maintenance departments a 1 step insulation in lieu of insulation being a specialty trade. Here are the features of Techlite:

Fully meets ASTM C1410-05a Standard Specification for Cellular Melamine Foam

Service temps from -40Â°F up to +350Â°F continuous (-40Â°C to +177Â°C)

Smoke and Flame rated 10/50 per ASTM E-84

Non-fibrous composition

Low bacterial growth (provides no nutrients)

Available thickness Â½", 1", 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3" (call for custom sizes)

Excellent acoustical characteristics

Ozone-friendly manufacturing process
