Techcon Systems invites visitors to Productronica 2009 to 'TAP' into Techcon Systems 'Training', 'Application' and 'Productivity' advantages with an impressive line up of the latest cost-saving fluid dispensing solutions. A leading global supplier of fluid dispensing systems and accessories, Techcon Systems will exhibit alongside Metcal and Oki branded products on the OK International Stand 127, Hall A4 at the bi-annual event, which is scheduled to take place 10th - 13th November at the New Munich Trade Fair Center in Munich, Germany. Syringe Barrel and Matching Component - Focus at Productronica will be the tried and tested 700 Series.
Popularity of this series has increased substantially as manufacturing engineers seek quality alternatives for their syringe barrel and matching component requirements. The 700 series matches proven quality with total backward compatibility and up to a 40% cost reduction over leading alternatives.
Each component in the 700 Series has been manufactured and packaged silicone and chloride-free and is designed to work with industry standard equipment to ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Offering a traditional, quality designed syringe barrel and matching components. Each of the six key components to the 700 series has been carefully designed to effortlessly attach to the next, every time - saving on costs, reducing waste and improving the bottom line for today's manufacturers.
The 700 Series syringe barrels offer a near 0° internal wall taper ensuring the piston travel is smooth and consistent. A choice of 'natural' to suit general applications, 'dark amber' or 'black'are available when requiring protection from UV and visible light. Three accompanying pistons, including the new Blue "Easy-Flow", are available to suit virtually any fluid dispensing application. From solvent to thick paste, Techcon Systems has a piston option for precision fluid dispensing. The new Blue "Easy-Flow Piston has been designed with close tolerances to precisely fit inside the syringe barrel. It requires less pressure to dispense fluids consistently and prevent air from becoming trapped during the dispensing process. To complete the set, Techcon Systems receiver head assemblies are preassembled and provide the connecting link from syringe barrel to the dispenser.
Cartridge Mixer - Visitors will also be able to see the new TS6500CIM Series cartridge mixer, which provides complete automatic mixing of two-component material using the Techkit cartridge system. The features rich TS6500CIM Series cartridge mixer accommodates all standard size cartridge kits ranging from 74ml to 591ml and is immediately usable anywhere in the world with its accompanying tools, accessories and universal power supply.
Equipped with an automatic fluid level sensing device and user-friendly electronic control system, the TS6500CIM Series cartridge mixer allows for a quick and simple setup process. The automatic injection feature provides even distribution of hardener into the resin during the mixing cycle to ensure a uniform mixture. The high torque motor maintains the mixing speed to allow for the continuous mixing of high viscosity material. Safety features include a two-hand start, emergency stop button and the required closing of the protective enclosure to ensure maximum protection for operators.
Consumables - All Techcon Systems products are supported with an extensive range of consumables which include syringes, dispensing tips, cartridges, valves and material packaging. All consumables have been developed with the same attention as the dispensing products to enable ease-of-use, reduce waste, enhance process and improve yield.
