Garden Grove, CA — Techcon Systems, a product group of OK International and a leading provider of fluid dispensing systems and products, announces that it will exhibit its new TS9200D Series Jet Tech Valve and Bench Top Robotic Work Cell in booth 345 at The Assembly Show, which is scheduled to take place October 28-30, 2013 in Rosemont, IL.
The TS9200D Series Jet Tech Valve boasts a diaphragm design unlike anything seen to date in the industry — a single, easily replaceable diaphragm eliminates dynamic fluid seals found in other jets. This unique feature saves users both time and money because it eliminates the seals that otherwise need to be disassembled, cleaned or replaced. The diaphragm design also results in faster cycle rates due to the very small mass of the diaphragm. This innovative design reduces the energy needed to eject a drop of fluid and is adjustable, providing users with a wider, more flexible process window.
The TS9200D Jet Tech non-contact dispense valve is capable of jetting fluid viscosities to 400,000 CPS. Jet Tech’s fast jetting action produces up to 300 precise droplets per second, which is a 50 percent increase in through put compared to conventional jets with a 100% increase in accuracy and repeatability ‘shot to shot’ over conventional valves.Â
