Target Technologies International Inc., Announces New Products for Artificial Turf Industry

Vancouver, British Columbia - Target Technologies International Inc., (TTII) wholly owned by QUIKRETE, is pleased to announce the recent introduction of its Futrfill TPE (Thermal Plastic Elastomer) infill for the artificial turf industry that is  100% North American made. Futrfill TPE has been endorsed by both the New York School Construction Authority and the County of Fairfax in Virginia as well as others. TTII's latest product launch is the innovative Tre-Di shock and drainage pad. This exclusive pad offers the ultimate shock absorption and drainage capacity for the artificial turf industry.

"Target Technologies has been a leader in the  industry for many years and a supplier of silica sand infill used in FIFA 1 and  2 Star certified soccer fields, and in numerous NFL sports fields across North America," said John B. Giraud, Managing Director, TTII. "Our product line is developed with health and environmental safety, long-term warranties and durability in mind."

In addition to Mr. Giraud's duties with TTII, he has served in several leadership roles with the Synthetic Turf Council (STC), www.syntheticturfcouncil.org, the national non-profit trade association and voice of the synthetic turf industry. Mr. Giraud has served on the STC's Board of Directors for almost 6 years, including 2 years as Chairman. Currently he has assumed the additional role of Chairman of the Membership Committee and has launched the national campaign, IT STARTS WITH YOU, in an effort to grow the STC's membership.

Mr. Giraud explains: "A highly respected and effective organization like the STC provides unique opportunities to its members to grow their businesses, develop professionally, and take a leadership role in the STC's many activities that have increased the acceptance and demand for synthetic turf, and differentiated its member companies in the marketplace. Through its leadership, the Synthetic Turf Council has had a big impact on Target Technologies, the industry, and me - I want this campaign to be a success so I can be assured that the STC will continue to be a positive influence on this fast-growing industry for many years to come."

It also Starts With You, our customers, suppliers, architects, engineers, and government agencies, to consider TTII's line of quality products for your synthetic turf sports field projects, and your residential, municipal, and commercial applications, www.ttiionline.com. In the coming months, stay tuned for information on TTII's sand, rubber and turf recycling program.
