Tara Technologies Selected By Honeywell Aerospace to Supply A350 XWB Accumulator


Tara Technologies Corporation, headquartered in Daytona, FL, has been awarded a contract by Honeywell Aerospace to design and manufacture the accumulator employed in the A350 XWB Supplemental Cooling System.

Utilizing Tara Technologies' edge-welded bellows, the accumulator will accommodate expansion and contraction of coolant used to control temperature in the A350 XWB. Scheduled to enter into service in 2013, the A350 XWB is the next-generation mid-size wide body airliner which will be used extensively throughout the world for long-distance, intercontinental flights.
