New 3M(TM) VHB(TM) Tape Bonds Metal Before or After Painting

St. Paul, Minnesota - August 1, 2002 - 3M announces two new 3M(TM) VHB(TM) Tape families that give OEMs the flexibility to join materials before or after the powder coating process.
