Leetsdale, PA – Schroeder Industries, a recognized leader in filtration and fluid conditioning products, re-releases the Tank-Mounted Filter | KFT, a low pressure filter featuring an updated manufacturing process.
Schroeder Industries KFT features a steel bowl with welded steel fittings. When ordered with the optional steel cap, it is the only steel K size tank mounted filter. The all-steel construction allows the KFT to be used in mining, marine and oil and gas applications where current safety regulations prevent the use of aluminum,/ The KFT is available with 1 to 4 ports ranging in size from 1/2 inch NPT or SAE-8 up to 2 inch NPT for SAE-32. With four standard porting locations the KFT offers superior plumbing flexibility. Currently the KFT is available in the single length K size housing. With outlet options as well as Dirt Alarm® options, the KFT is an incredibly versatile 100 gpm, 100 psi return line tank mounted filter.  Â
