Vertical Entry Liquid Level Sensor
The Model LL-V is a "vertical entry" style of submersible liquid level sensor that may be suspended in an open tank, or attached to the crown of an enclosed tank. The Model LL-V can be used to virtually any depth. This unit features all-welded stainless steel construction, and the welds are helium leak tested to insure integrity. Rugged construction provides maintenance-free operation and reliable performance.
The atmospherically-vented oceanographic cable assembly exits through a ½-14 NPT threaded conduit connection which allows mechanical or chemical protection tubing or pipe to be threaded on over the cable. The outside dimensions are 1.5" OD X 6" in length at the cable junction. Cable is supplied to customer specifications.
This tank level sensor is rated at 0.1% accuracy or better with a wide temperature operation limited only by cable insulation options and the internal amplifier. Outputs are available for 0-5 Vdc, 0-10Vdc., or 4-20 mA. Other options include alternative materials for the wetted parts of the sensor for media compatibility. Typical prices start at $ 890.
