Lechler's Tank Cleaning Product Line Continues to Grow

St. Charles, IL (January 25, 2006) - Lechler, Inc., a world leader in fluid application technology, continues to add to its popular line of tank cleaning products. Already known for its Whirly and Gyro tank cleaning nozzles, Lechler has introduced another new model to help its customers meet ever-increasing requirement demands.

The new model is the High Temperature Teflon® Whirling nozzle. This nozzle is designed for those applications, such as in the pharmaceutical industry, where Teflon® is the desired material but the operating environment is very hot. Since Teflon® has temperature limits for its dimensional stability, Lechler's new design incorporates two stainless steel rings to control the expansion of the material. In this way the nozzle can continue to operate reliably and as normally as possible even in a very hot environment. The temperature range for this product is actually extended, since it can also perform equally well under more normal conditions. The spray characteristics of this nozzle are the same as for the standard Teflon® model.

The High Temperature Teflon® Whirling nozzle joins Lechler's existing line of tank cleaning products. This includes the Stainless Steel and Teflon® Whirly series, the Gyros, the stainless steel and PVDF Mini-Whirlies, the M20 High Impact Tank Cleaning Machine, and the Mini- and Maxi-Spinners. Back in 1997 Lechler purchased TCM, who had previously made the M20 and Spinner series that Lechler now offers.

The new model adds to the complete line of tank cleaning products that Lechler already provides. For small kegs, barrels, and totes up to 3' in diameter, there are the PVDF and stainless steel Mini-Whirlies. For tanks up to 8-10', there are the stainless steel and Teflon® Whirlies or the Mini- and Maxi-Spinners. For tanks up to 12-14' in diameter, there's the ACCUClean. For tanks up to 15-20' in diameter, there's the Gyro line of 1", 2" and 3" NPT nozzles. For tanks greater than 20', there's the M20 High-Impact Tank Cleaning machine. In addition, for sanitary applications, there are 3A® Teflon® Whirlies and a stainless steel 3A® spray ball. Lechler's tank cleaning product line provides a safe and efficient way to clean any size tank at prices that make it cost-effective to do so.

Lechler, Inc. is a member of the Lechler Group, a worldwide manufacturer of customized fluid application systems and precision spray nozzles since 1879.
